Kim has yet to fall out of love with the industry that she accidently dropped into in 2011. Behind this accidental surprise however was a lifelong interest in real estate which combined perfectly with Kim’s compassion, and strong belief in honesty and trust.

 A Newcastle resident for over 20 years, Kim loves nothing more than meeting and assisting people.  “I love going on this journey because every journey is different and it’s nice to see what happens at the end,” she says. “You can be helping a tenant find the right house, knowing they’re going to make it a home, or you’re helping an investor make a life decision.”
 Kim loves Fletcher. It’s a tight knit, strong community where everyone knows everybody, and Kim enjoys stopping to chat with people on the streets and in the shopping centre. Being an integral part of this community, Kim’s reputation for her thoughtfulness and reliability reflects a mutual respect and admiration for the community.
