When renting your property through Day By Day Property Solutions, we’ll help you from your first inspection through to when you hand back the keys as you vacate and move onto your next home. The renting process

Search our available rental properties and contact us to arrange an inspection. When you’re ready to complete a tenancy application we recommend doing this through 1Form or by downloading and completing an application form. Find out more here.

We’ll keep you informed as your application progresses, and we look forward to assisting you to move into your new home.

Our business hours

You are welcome to contact us  during our normal business hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 9am – 12pm. If you’re unable to see us during business hours, we’re happy to make special arrangements to suit.

You can find us in the Coles Fletcher Village at Shop 10, 221 Minmi Rd Fletcher, NSW 2287 – located outside near the Chemist.
